30-Min weight training and strength-focused class
Service Description
Grab your dumbbells and build your strength with our 30-min weight workout class. Classes will focus on a specific muscle group (upper or lower body) or will target both. We recommend grabbing 5-12 lb. weights (two sets if you want a lighter and heavier option) or whatever you have that will give you a challenge. Water bottle and towel recommended.

Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy requires that you cancel your reservation at least one hour prior to the start time of the class. This is a courtesy to the instructor and to allow enough time for him/her to properly prepare for the class. If you experience an emergency, please reach out to us directly via email. Thank you!
