Bodyweight Interval Workout
A fun, sweat-inducing interval workout using your bodyweight.
Service Description
Using a variety of bodyweight movements and focusing on a combination of strength, cardio endurance, mobility, and flexibility, this 45-minute class will get your heart rate up and the sweat flowing. We will work through your muscle groups and dedicate some time to core work.

Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy requires that you cancel your reservation at least one hour prior to the start time of the class.
