Service Description

Discover what you need for your body so you can FUEL Your Best. This is a physical fitness training session customized to meet you where you are and take you where you want to go. This can lead into Jen's most popular coaching - a 6-week training and coaching series that includes virtual or in-person 1:1 discussions, worksheets, and fitness training.


Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy requires that you cancel your reservation at least one hour prior to the start time of the class. This is a courtesy to the instructor and to allow enough time for him/her to properly prepare for the class. If you experience an emergency, please reach out to us directly via email. Thank you!
